  • Relationship Counselling and Relational Psychotherapy

  • Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Systemic, Object Relations, Transactional Analysis and Life and Executive Coaching

It is through relationships that we learn about relationships and this is where we discover different aspects of ourselves. This also can add to the strategies that we adopt when moving into new relationships. This can vary from different relationships. Relationships form a massive part of how we feel about ourselves. Our patterns are important and learning more about ourselves through gentle exploration can be really enlightening. If trauma has been experienced through relationship this can add further complexities in terms of strategies that we have adopted to cope.
Online Counselling and Psychotherapy can now be accessed through Zoom and Skype and other online forums.
